Teacher

Hagit was born and raised in Israel and served for three years in the Israeli Army. Growing up surrounded by family members who were preschool teachers, Hagit was inspired by their dedication to nurturing young minds. Hagit holds teaching credentials from the State of Maryland and has been dedicated to early childhood education for nine years. Her experience of teaching is focused on play-based learning. After moving to the United States, Hagit and her husband, Ben, made Baltimore their home, where they are raising their three sons: Aviad (14), Yair (11), and Ilay (4). Their family also includes a Labradoodle named Dubi and a Bearded Dragon Lizard named Netz. Hagit believes deeply in the power of support and encouragement. This belief is the cornerstone of her approach to teaching, where she strives to be that steadfast and encouraging presence in the lives of her students, helping them grow with confidence and a sense of self-worth.
